Unwashed, unworn and unused items in their original condition may be returned upon presentation of the original invoice within 14 days of order receipt.
Returns or exchanges of online purchases may be made in person or by post.
Refunds will be processed using the original tender type. EFTPOS/Credit Card refunds must be processed against the original card details (the exact card used to make the original purchase).
For health reasons, there are no returns or exchanges on the purchase of underwear unless exhibiting a genuine manufacturing fault.
Sale items are subject to the same returns policy.
If you have requested a refund for your online order, we will notify you via email once your refund has been processed.
If you would like to exchange an item, please inform us of the style, size and colour that you would prefer. The item from the original order will first be returned and a new order containing the exchanged item will be processed. Any discounts received will be carried over in an exchange. We will notify you via email once your exchange has been processed.
As Trenery is not liable for the loss of an item being returned we recommend that you return it using registered mail.
If you are returning or exchanging a faulty, damaged or incorrect item we will pay for the packaging and postage costs. However, we are unable to offer free delivery for 'change of mind' returns or exchanges.
Present your online invoice at any Trenery retail store within 14 days of order receipt.

The method of payment used to make your purchase must be presented.
Orders made via Paypal may be refunded to the credit or EFTPOS card of your choice: please note that the cardholder name must be identical on both the original invoice and a form of photo identification must be presented.
If any of the above cannot be provided, a gift card will be issued.
We cannot accept the return or exchange of Trenery purchases in Country Road, Country Road Clearance stores or Trenery stores located in David Jones.
